Kim Kardashian and Kanye West made their first appearance since Kanye's over the top engagment proposal. The couple looked happy together and Kim showed off her 15-carat Lorraine Schwartz stunner .

Kim Kardashian was seen out having a family dinner with Jonathon Cheban at Casa Vega. Kim was oh so casual and oh so happy to go to dinner with her long time friend Jonathon Cheban and little Baby North "Nori." She wore a high vintage boot with a see through white shirt and over sized sunglasses.
Kim is taking on the roll as mother to the highest level. She wants the best for North without spoiling her.
