Outraged follower Eman Omar posted, "There are children dying of starvation, being exploited, being abused, killed and ur worried bout privileged kids getting there pics taken?? PATHETIC!!" And over 300 other outraged followers liked his comment. The comments don't stop there, numerous other outraged followers posted similar posts in response to Kim's plea.

While, Kim has lost a lot of weight since having baby North, is it appropriate for a new mother to be sharing such revealing images?
